However note that often a simple mail will not get me enough information to understand and solve the reported problems. Please include the console error messages in your mail by following these steps:

Part 1

• Go to the page that causes the problem if any (e.g. www.google.com)
• Right-click on the cookie icon on the upper-right of the browser window and choose “Inspect popup”
• In the window that opens, click on the tab “Console”
• Copy and paste the content of the console in the mail, or take a screenshot

Part 2

• Right-click on the cookie icon on the upper-right of the browser window and choose “Manage”
• On the box referring to EditThisCookie click on “background page”
• In the window that opens, click on the tab “Console”
• Copy and paste the content of the console in the mail, or take a screenshot

This additional information will increase the chances of me being able to solve the problem.
